Kinsale, 30 Oct., 1849, the writer asks for relief on the rent owed for
the ground on which the chapel is built at Ballingarry, and the houses
in which he holds a school, he stresses the reduced circumstances of
his parishioners owning to the late Famine - hence the impossibility of
