1935 All-Ireland Minor Hurling Medal Medal: G.A.A., Hurling 1935.
An attractive 9ct gold Medal by H. & H. (Hopkins & Hopkins) in the
Celtic cross design, pierced centre, inscribed on reverse ‘’Craobh Iomana
na hEireann na Mionuir, 1935 Cill Choinnigh, a buaidh,’’ the obverse
with central harp overlay, and ‘’Eire’’ across centre, hallmarked. Scarce.
(1) * This was Kilkenny’s second win in the competition’s eight year, they
beat Tipperary 4.2 to 3.3.
