Co’s Tipperary & Kildare - 18th & 19th Century Deeds Five deeds

on vellum relating to property in the Town of Cashel and the lands of

Mooretown, Co. Kildare. ∑ Large indenture dated 1741/42 between

Arthur and Margaret Dobbs of Dublin, Thomas Hughes and Richard

Kyffin of Cashel, and the Rev. John Kearney. Cites a mortgage made in

1703 of Mooretown, Co. Kildare, by Patrick Sarsfield and his wife and

son to Richard Reddy of Dublin. Traces in great detail the progress of

this mortgage down to the present grant made by the Dobbs to Kearney.

∑ Four deeds dated 1772, 1792 and 1834 conveying property in John

St. Cashel and involving the families of Lockwood and Hemphill. These

is available on request. (1)
