concerns the insurance of his property in Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny. As
a m/ss, w.a.f. * Arthur Kavanagh, born without limbs, hands or feet, was
an extraordinary individual, who became an expert horseman, a noted
yachtsman, a first class shot, and Member of Parliament, etc. (1)
