1914 All-Ireland Football Championship Medal
Medal: G.A.A. Football,
an attractive 9ct gold Celtic cross pierced
Medal, the obverse with Celtic scroll design and inscribed “Cumann
na gCleas-Luit Gaedheach,” and “Eire” across the middle, and a central
harp overlay, the reverse inscribed “All Ireland Football C’Ship, won by
Kerry 1914,” hall marked H. & H. (Hopkins & Hopkins), scarce.
* Kerry captained by the Great Dick Fitzgerald defeatedWexford 2.3 to
0.6 after level pegging the first time out, the match was refereed by Mr.
Harry Boland. The win brought two in a row success for the Kingdom.

Medal: G.A.A.: Football 1919,
an attractive 9ct gold Leinster
Championship Medal, won by Kildare, the obverse pierced with central
harp and inscribed on base “Conaradh Laighean G.A.A.,” the reverse
inscribed and hallmarked. Scarce.
* Kildare beat Dublin 1.3 to 1.2., and subsequently went onto win the
All Ireland title against Galway.

“Junior Hurling League 1922 - 23,” the obverse inscribed and overlay,
the reverse inscribed and hall marked; also a silver shield shaped
Medal of elegant design the reverse inscribed “Hurling Guards - V. Burt
12.4.25,” hallmarked; also two 9ct gold circular Medals each pierced
with various G.A.A. & Irish motifs, the reverse on both inscribed “Co.
Dublin Hurling League 1926 - 27, Intermediate, won by Civic Guards
L.C.” each hallmarked; and one other, as a collection. (5)
