95 Fonsie Mealy’s Est. 1934 876. An attractive Regency period mahogany Sofa Table, the frieze fitted with two drawers and brass circular pulls and lion mask plates, the opposing side with identically decorated dummy drawers, above twin supports, united by a high level stretcher, raised on down- swept square sabre legs, terminating in brass cup castors, approx. 135cms open x 64cms deep x 72cms high (53” x 25” x 28½”). A late George III, c. 1800 Estate Cabinet, in the manner of Gillows of Lancaster, the crossbanded and ebony strung inlaid mahogany cylinder Bureau Estate Desk, with retractable tambour cylinder opening to reveal a sliding top with ratcheted writing slip, the interior fitted with drawers and pigeon holes (many labeled) above finely reeded front legs with arched spandrels on brass castors, surmounted by a wall mounted two door mahogany Estate Cabinet, fitted with pigeon holes, each labelled with names of town lands and towns within the Castletown Estate, approx. (Base) 92cms wide x 99cms high x 57cms deep (36” x 39” x 22½”); (Top) 89cms wide x 64cms high x 28cms deep (35” x 25” x 11”). (1) Provenance: Removed from Castletown House, c. 1966, and thereafter retained in a private collection in County Kildare €1400 - €1800 879. A very good 19th Century "Marie Antoinette" French lyre Mantle Clock, of predominate royal cobalt blue porcelain with gilded ormolu mounts, and sunburst pendulum with jeweled bezel, floral decorated circular enamel dial signed Causari, Paris, with striking movement, approx. 49.5cms (19½") high. (1) €1200 - €1600 876 878 879 875. An extremely fine pair of Regency period mahogany ebony inlaid bow fronted Bedside Tables, the galleried tops above finely figured single cupboard doors, supported on slender square profile tapering legs, c. 1805, approx. 39cms wide x 81cms high (15½” x 32”). Although these Cupboards are not identified in the 1801 Gillows of London Bill to Lord Clonbrock, they closely correspond to a pair of lockers in satinwood, that were supplied to Sir William Stuart of Ardgowan, Nov. 1801, and a pair with fluted doors but similar form by Gillows supplied to Lady Lawson in 1799, See Susan E.
