[Friendly Brothers of Saint Patrick] A small 19th Century bronze circular Medal, the obverse with St. Patrick’s Cross charged with heart surmounted by celestial crown with motto ‘Fideles Constans,’ the reverse with the arms of the Order surrounded by wreath, crest with helmet and wolfhound, two dolphins, and motto scroll ‘Quis Seperabit’ approx. 1.22” diameter. Medal: [Political, Religious] A rare 19th Century silvered circular Medal, the obverse with central overlay motif depicting ‘Maid of Eireann with harp and hound surmounted ‘ by a border of interlaced shamrocks and inscribed ‘The Order of Liberators - Ireland as she ought to be,’ stamped T. Parkes, the reverse with central cross sword and hands inscribed ‘In the Signo Vinces - Eire Go Brath,’ with shamrock surround and original suspension bar. Scarce. (1) * Awarded to John Ennis M.P.
