This has the names of the T.D.’s printed on the mount, with front row of L. Ginnell, M. Collins, C. Brugha, A. Griffith, E. de Valera, Count Plunkett, E. Mc Neill, W. Cosgrave, & E. [Collins, Griffith et al] A small Autograph Book 1921-22, in a custom made buckram case, including signatures of Aine Ceannt, Hanna Sheehy Skeffington, Sean McEntee, George Gavan Duffy (in English and Irish), Mícheál Ó Coileáin [Collins] 10/9/21, Margaret Pearse, Eamon de Valera, Deasmumhan Mac Gearailt [Fitzgerald], Diarmuid Ó hÉigeartaigh, Arthur Griffith in English and Irish, 3/1/22, etc., in good condition (mostly one name to a page), in full leather with gilt lettering, housed in custom made box with label. A heavy blackthorn Shillelagh , circa 18 ins in length, 1-2 ins thick, pierced for hanging, by tradition formerly belonging to General Michael Collins. This was given by a niece of Collins to a Dr. John Nesfield, England, who later gifted it to Mr. Dominic Collins, Co. Wicklow. By repute, a presentation to Michael Collins. As is, w.a.f.
