Limerick) 1910, a shield shaped silver Medal, the obverse of pierced design with cross hurls on top, and shamrock motifs and central rose gold overlay with etched design of the ‘Treaty Stone,’ the reverse inscribed ‘Lim. Co. Junior Cship, 1910’, won by Commercial Hurling Club, hallmarked Egan, Cork. (1) Note: Commercials beat Fedamore 9.02 to 3.00 to win their 2nd title. €250 - €350 G.A.A. Medals: [Co. Louth], 1912. A 9ct gold Celtic Cross All-IrelandWinners Medal, the obverse with central harp and ‘Eire’ and ‘Cumann na gcleas - Luith Gaedhealach,’ the reverse inscribed ‘All Ireland F’ball C’ship 1912, won by Louth,” hallmarked ‘H. & H. (Hopkins & Hopkins); together with the associated Leinster Winners Medal, the 9ct gold Medal of circular and pierced design, the obverse with harp design and inscribed ‘Connradh Laigheen G.A.A.’ the reverse inscribed “Football, 1st Div. 1912,” hallmarked; also a silver shield Medal with central harp overlay and shamrock, the reverse inscribed ‘G. Fitzsimmons,’ hallmarked ‘J.McD.’ Dublin, a rare collection. (3) Provenance: G. (“Joe”) Fitzsimmons, Dundalk, Co. Louth, gifted by descent. Note: In the 25th staging of the championship, Louth played Antrim in the All Ireland decider in front of 13,000 spectators at Jones Road. Mayo), a 9ct gold shield shaped Medal, the obverse with enamel design of the Connaught coat of arms, the revere inscribed ‘Connacht Senior Football C’ship Mayo 1915-16,’ hallmarked ‘H. & H.’ (Hopkins & Hopkins), together with a Knock Shrine Medal. (2) Note: The above Medal was awarded for back to back Titles for Mayo who beat Roscommon in 1915 by 3.01 to 1.0 and again in 1916, by 1.05 to 0.03 €1000 - €1500
