A quality pair of walnut and parcel gilt Side Tables, in the George II style, by John Watson, 8 New Oxford Street, (stamped) each with a segmented, inlaid and crossbanded rectangular top with a moulded edge and front re-entrant corners above an oval frieze with drawer raised on shell capped cabriole legs on ball n’ claw feet, each approx. 84cms wide x 49cms deep x 70cms high (33” x 19¼” x 27½”). A pair of Victorian oak Hall Seats, attributed to Joe Shoolbred & Co., each back with two open panels under a brass gallery and open brass mounted elbow rest, solid seat on front splayed legs, each with registration marks. A fine quality Georgian period mahogany bow fronted Sideboard, of small proportions, the top with satinwood sides, over a frieze with two central drawers and decorative satinwood inlay with turned ornate brass handles, on square tapering legs, approx. 134cms wide x 58cms deep x 82cms high (53” x 23” x 34½”). An important and fine quality Irish 18th Century carved giltwood ornate oval Mirror, probably by Jackson, Essex Bridge, Dublin, the capital with basket of flowers, issuing ‘C’ scroll and pierced decorative and central triple arch design and rockery or stalactite, flanked either side with resting squirrels issuing oak leaves, housing original plate mirror, approx. 147cms high x 89cms wide (58” x 31”).
