A fine quality 19th Century chinoiserie lacquered Longcase Clock, the hood of arched shape with brass finials housing a silver and brass dial with Arabic numerals and painted panel on top, by ‘Thomas Baker, Portsmouth,’ with single hand minute pointer, smaller subsidiary seconds dial, the main case decorated in the typical chinoiserie taste with pagodas, figures etc, approx. 217cms (85”) high.
