A fine quality Irish Regency period mahogany and inlaid two door Bureau Bookcase, probably Cork, the double inverted breakfront cornice with ebony string and satinwood inlay, above two glazed doors, the base with roll top opening to reveal fitted interior with leather inset writing pad base, with conforming panel doors on short reeded tapering legs, approx. 218cms high x 91cms wide x 56cms deep (86” x 36” x 22”). A pair of attractive 19th Century Carver Armchairs, decorated in the Neo Classical style with latted backs, scroll arms above needlework fitted seats, on front square tapering legs. An important Irish 19th Century Grandfather Clock, the swan neck pediment with central brass finial, above an arched door with Corinthian columns housing an ornate brass and silvered dial by David Gordon of Dubin, with moon dial, Arabic and Roman numerals, the trunk with panel door on box base, approx. 242cms high (95”). A Georgian period Irish mahogany cased Grandfather Clock, with dentil moulded and blind fretwork cornice above a square painted dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, by George Fivey, Dubin , flanked either side by reeded columns, above a trunk with panel door and half reeded columns on block base, approx. 211cms (83”) high. A fine quality and unusual Irish George IV period, possibly Cork, mahogany breakfront Secretaire Bookcase or Estate Cabinet, with ornate reeded pediment over four glazed doors, each with two glass panels on a breakfront base with roped edge, the frieze drawer opening to reveal twenty-four sections each with label A-Z and a smaller drawer to either side, the left drawer lettered A-G and the right drawer with sections lettered H-Z, the lower long frieze drawer opening to reveal a secretaire, with section writing surface, pen and ink compartment and stationery section, above two rope moulded panel doors and flanked to either side with a rope moulded cupboard door with mock drawers panel, all raised on four spiral reeded and turned legs, 257cms h x 254cms w (101’’ x 100’’).
