A fine quality Irish Georgian period mahogany fold-over Card Table, the shaped top opening to reveal baize centre and counter slots, over frieze with small counter drawer on four carved cabriole legs, (with gate action) on pad feet, approx. 91cms (36”) wide. Henry Barraud (1811-1874) “Getting Ready for the Shoot,”O.O.C., a Squire standing in foreground wearing top hat holding gun and spaniel by his side, the keeper in the background petting other dog, stables int he distance; approx. 62cms x 50cms (24½” x 20”) in ornate contemporary gilt frame. A fine quality 18th Century Carrera marble Fireplace, the heavy moulded top with canted corners, above a frieze with central large panel depicting classical scene of female figure being guided in chariot, each side with Doric column supports and sea creature capitals, approx. 186cms wide x 144cms high x 38cms deep (73” x 57” x 15”).
