115 Fonsie Mealy’s Est. 1934 942. A good quality and unusual 19th Century English oak and ebony Serving or Buffet Table, by Thomas Fry & Co. (stamped twice) the rail cornice over a panel back with centre mirror, the base with two frieze drawers on front square reeded legs, 153cms (5’) long. (1) €120 - €180 943. A Victorian Ladies upholstered Fire Screen, decorated with floral garland, brass adjustable upright on a carved triform base, as is. (1) €80 - €120 945. A pair of William IV mahogany D end Tables, the plain top with reeded edge on shaped tapering legs with heavy brass castors, each approx. 145cms wide x 66cms deep x 74cms high (57” x 26” x 29”). A 19th Century Irish mahogany sarcophagus shaped Cellarette, the hinged top opening to reveal a fitted interior on four carved paw feet with castors, 66cms wide x 51cms high (26” x 20”). (1) Provenance: Purchased by the family of the present owner at Carton House Dispersal Sale on behalf of the Dukes of Leinster in the late 1940’s. €400 - €600 947. An early George III mahogany upholstered Armchair, the pierced downswept arms filled with Chinese fret, on conforming legs with open brackets. (1) €800 - €1200 948. A fine quality 19th Century mahogany Teapoy, the sarcophagus shaped hinged top opening to reveal a fitted interior, on a tapering pillar support terminating on a quatreform base with castors, approx. 76cms high (36”). (1) Provenance: Purchased by the family of the present owner at Carton House Dispersal Sale on behalf of the Dukes of Leinster in the late 1940’s. €400 - €600 949. Attributed to James Arthur O’Connor, Irish (1792-1841) “Lake Scene, with Ruins and Figures and Mountains in Distance,”watercolour, approx. 16cms x 26cms (6¼” x 10”) later gilt frame. Augustus Osborne Lamplough, ARA, RWS (1877-1930) A set of four watercolours: * North Sheiks Tomb in the Desert; * Evening before a Sandstorm in the Desert; * The After Glow Near Kous; * Sunset near the Pyramids; all Signed and inscribed, each approx. 21cms x 59cms (8½” x 23”) uniformly framed. A fine quality Regency period mahogany Chaise Longue, in the manner of Thomas Hope, the scroll design covered in later yellow ground floral fabric with rope design frieze on front heavy carved paw feet, approx. 193cms (76”) long.
