In fact the owns of Howth Castle and Lambay agreed to each go ahead with the work to entice Lutyens to come to Dublin, and both projects were carried out about the same time. * To acquire a single prototype drawing or plan of any building by Lutyens is a rare occurrence, but to find a complete suite of drawings for a stately home in Ireland, is indeed unique. €8,000‑€12,000
